Goat's Cheese and Cranberry Dip recipe

This wonderful dip is a great way to use up any leftover cranberry sauce you may have. Serve with crackers, crispbreads or a sliced crusty baguette. If you like, omit the goat's cheese for more cream cheese if you're not a fan.


  • 225g cream cheese
  • 225g goat's cheese
  • 4 tbsp. chopped pecan nuts
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • Pinch cinnamon
  • 8 tbsp. cranberry sauce


  1. Beat together the cream cheese and goat's cheese and then fold in the honey and pecan nuts.

  2. Mix the cinnamon with the cranberry sauce.

  3. Layer the two mixtures in a lined ramekin and chill overnight. Turn the ramekin out, remove the cling film and then serve.

Feel free to add some chopped herbs to the cream cheese mixture and experiment with the cranberry mixture in terms of spices. This recipe serves 25.
